What should I check before asking someone else to manage my order?
Review any proposed product substitution before it is accepted if that decision remains yours. Agree how the person should handle an issue outside the original task.
What should I check before using a discount or promotional offer?
Read the current conditions attached to the promotion. Check whether the discount is immediate or depends on a later stated process.
How can I describe a product problem without guessing its cause?
Keep unrelated complaints separate so the main issue stays clear. Let the evidence guide the discussion instead of an assumed explanation.
