This model is shallow and easy to wear What is the brand "Lucky 'n' Lure"

Frequently Asked Questions for Lucky 'n' Lure / 幸運CAP - BLK OUTER 袖口はリブ付き。 SF-232015-M

What should I check if an approved refund has not appeared yet?

Use the existing support case rather than opening repeated duplicate requests. Do not submit an unrelated new purchase to test the balance.

What should I confirm before asking a seller to hold an order?

Do not confuse a temporary hold with a cancellation request. Review the revised timing after the seller resumes the process.

What should I check when product images are described as illustrative?

Read the written description to identify the actual included features. Check that selecting another option changes the relevant description too.
